The terrace offers decent outdoor space, giving you a spot to breathe in the city air. Sheets, while basic, feel fine for a night's rest.
The terrace door didn't stay open, constantly banging—not ideal for a chill evening. Found the kettle dead on arrival, and everything seemed unplugged, including bedside lamps. The shared bathroom was a bit rough. the sink and shower showed signs of neglect, and the communal lounge was cluttered with damp bedding. Accessibility was hindered by a tricky lockbox in the dark and steep steps from the main road.

The terrace was a nice escape, but the shower was broken and leaked everywhere.

Had me stay for 3 nights in a lovely gaff. The shared kitchen was a right treat, all proper equipped for a bit of cooking. But I did hear the trains a bit, which ain't great when you're trying to sleep!

A cozy homey feel with charm
I really enjoyed the warm, home-from-home atmosphere, which is hard to find in central London at a reasonable price. The shared kitchen was fantastic for whipping up a quick meal, and I loved having fresh fruit available each morning. The location was a quick walk to Kings Cross, making it easy to get around the city. the room was a bit small for my liking.

there was some noise from the trains at night, which might bother light sleepers, and the shared bathroom could use a bit more attention for cleanliness.

great location but a few issues
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to King's Cross, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious with a charming touch, featuring thoughtful decor that sets them apart from typical hotels. Cleanliness is top-notch, and I appreciated having access to a well-equipped kitchen with a variety of breakfast options just steps away.

The room was mostly comfortable and the shared kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation. there were issues with cleanliness, as I found dirt left by previous guests that went unaddressed. While the train noise was noticeable, it was manageable, yet the lack of timely communication from the manager on my inquiries was disappointing.
